Refund and Exchange Policy

In case the product is defective or damaged, it will be eligible for return and full refund/exchange.

To process such a return, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This video must show the parcel from all sides before opening, and the product being unboxed without any cuts or edits.

The recorded video should be shared with us on our official WhatsApp number 91-9999499324 within 24 hours of delivery and apply for refund through link on our website "Request a Return/Exchange" https://www.winchamfashion.in/apps/return_prime within 2 days.

Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted in case of defect/damage claims.
- Return orders can only be placed within 2 days after the order is delivered. Once we receive a return and refund request from your end, we initiate the process of return and refund. You will be notified via email about the confirmation of your request.
- Refund:
- Prepaid Order (Original payment source) : In this case, the order amount will be remitted back to your original payment source. The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business days however it may take approximately 14 business days for the amount to actually reflect in your card / bank account.
- Cash On Delivery Order : If you have placed an order using cash on delivery mode and request a refund, we will contact you for your bank account details and money will be credited to your bank account within 14 business days.

If the order value becomes zero on usage of any gift vouchers or discount coupon codes, for such instances, there will be no refund provided and in return we will reinstate the “Gift Voucher” or “Discount Coupon Code ” with the respective amount, which you can use to redeem any other product of your choice from our website.
